Accounting to OCR Level 2
This combination of courses is designed for individuals who wish to gain accounting skills to Level 2 of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). There are both manual accounting and computerised accounting options to choose from. Sage accounting software is taught and used for the computerised accounting units.
PREREQUISITES:
Bookkeeping to OCR Level 1 or equivalent knowledge.

QUALIFICATION STRUCTURE:
It is possible to achieve a pass in any individual unit or combination of units. However, the requirements for any of the higher qualifications are shown in the table below.

Certificates are issued by OCR upon successful completion of any Unit.
DURATION
Each Unit has a content of 10 hours*. The training can be scheduled as full days, half days or sessions of 2 hours or longer, depending on the circumstances of the individual student.
STRUCTURE
The training is by a combination of personal instruction and flexi-study. This blended learning allows students maximum flexibility.
