Course Description
This course is suitable for those wishing to acquire audio transcription skills and also leads towards the OCR Audio Transcription unit certification at Level 1, 2 or 3.
Course Content	Prerequisites
Instructions on how to use an audio transcription machine. The necessary rules when transcribing documents in order to successfully meet the criteria set down by OCR. Practical exercises to develop audio transcription skills. OCR Audio Transcription mock examinations at either Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 dependant upon the OCR Text Processing abilities of the candidate. Prepares candidates for one of the following OCR unit certifications: Audio Transcription Level 1 (06967) Audio Transcription Level 2 (06976) Legal Audio Transcription Level 2 (06980) Medical Audio Transcription Level 2 (06995) Audio Transcription Level 3 (03933)	Word Level 1, 2 or 3
	or equivalent knowledge.
