This course revises the contents of the Pitman New Era New Course textbook, which consists of 18 chapters.
DURATION

STRUCTURE
The course consists of instructions, advice
and dictation exercises dictated between 50 and 70 words per minute. A trained
supervisor is available throughout the training to guide the student through the
course..
The course relies upon the student spending some time practicing in addition to time spent at the centre.
Certificates are issued upon satisfactory completion of tests. Optional OCR/RSA examinations may also be taken at the centre.
