Teeline is considered to be the most effective shorthand system developed. It is based on ordinary writing and you will be able to write Teeline after the first few hours of tuition. Our Teeline course is officially approved and produced under licence on behalf of Heinemann Educational Ltd, the publishers of all Teeline textbooks. 

Speeds in excess of 100 wpm can be achieved by enrolling for our shorthand speed development course. Teeline has even been written successfully at 200 wpm. Teeline is also available in other languages and is also ideal for those who wish to become bilingual, legal or medical secretaries.

The course consists of instructions, advice and dictation exercises covering 32 units. A trained supervisor is available throughout the training to guide the student through the course.. The course relies upon the student spending some time practicing in addition to time spent at the centre.

Certificates are issued upon satisfactory completion of tests. Optional OCR/RSA examinations may also be taken at the centre.
